When will Africa arise (part two)

When will Africa arise?
How come we can’t rise each time we fall?
How many do we won’t to kill before we raise all?
I was taught civilization begun from Africa but now we they crawl,
There are a couple of attitudes we need to re-draw,
Before you act think about the people not the benefits,
Get that in your skull,
Campaigning for votes that’s what they say,
Promises and pledges, we vote, they win, you don’t have a say,
Because when they talk we carefully don’t listen,
Then we begin to cheer,
It’s our duty to recognize this politician and their lies,
We keep on asking the how’s & why’s,
When they lose, records of accounts get missing,
They claim they’re creating jobs but still,
Unemployment is a problem which must be dealt,
Because we’ve dropped what we have for what the whites have built,
Elected leaders, government officials, politicians,
Spend our money like know one’s business,
Some keep foreign accounts so after their term in office,
Is over they enjoy sweetness,
Some in this modern system still fight over cars this foolishness,
We’ve been working but we’re gaining no profits,
Is this our destiny to suffer this fate?
They have made our system so hard,
That even a three course meal is abominable,
People do make choice which explanations’ is unreasonable,
Education here & outside our shores is incomparable,
With no money education is not affordable,
Young girls sell their bodies for money to help support their families,
These things make some of us suffer too hard for them to realize,
Most of the youth has been demoralized about what’s happening,
While minister’s are into corruption & bribing,
The dude’s are into cyber- frauding,
Other’s find a way of duping people for a living,
The funds our leaders make when they export gold,
And other minerals haven’t been proven,
Some live extravagant lifestyle,
With the hard-working,
But less pay tax-payers money,
We sleep in broken homes they enjoy in mansions,
Pirates’ cease ships on the oceans,
How can we perform?
When we have no inspiration & motivation for the morning,
Abusive languages been used by our leaders should be our burdening,
There are lots to say but this are just few,
Lets all unite to help resolve
But how best can we help because Mother Africa has fallen,
This a question to us all……When will Africa arise?

When Will Africa Arise?

When will Africa arise,
Cos we should be ready even we've twice or thrice,
We should be ready to raise up & race,
We destroy ourselves like we got no price,
We've been living in darkness for quiet long,
Defenseless cry cos they are not strong,
Many flee their homes cos they have no idea how long,
This civil wars will prolong,
Ethnic leaders fail to solve when thing go wrong,
Military groups see civilian heads of state as a tong,
With guns & force they over throw,
Causing steadily developing nation cease to grow,
Many die other hurt but they careless as if it was just a show,
This why Africa's progressive pace is still slow,
Rater-Rater the sound of guns people died their blood flow,
Our streets are now turned into a war zone,
But we not living in the amazon,
We will always be drown back when citizens of a country take their guns,
With cutlass they inflect wounds on people instead of working on farm,
Victims are always been beaten, others shot down, chopped legs & arms,
War lords get intoxicated with power as if it was a charm,
Oh no a mother is been shot dead her little child crying,
Everyday peacekeeping troops are been flown,
But every day different challenges are been thrown,
Parts of Africa has been under this leaders whose got their head swollen,
Other take the opportunity to brutalize the people & their properties stolen,
We should be ready to help cos Africa has fallen,
We should make sure we settle our scores,
I don't know but i think i can't fill her pulse,
Take time never use force,
When ever you're asked to go fight do a re-think i mean u gotta pause,
Before we break through this we've got to be focused,
But poverty have found their ways around our necks like chains,
I still can't see why our siblings are been used as child soldiers,
Instead of been educated towards his future,
So he could became a pilot, lawyer or a doctor,
Resolving this issues should be our prime factor,
If there anything we've need to do it must be done faster,
Time-in,time-out we've always not had any solution to this situation,
So this a question to us all, When will Africa arise.

ITS OVER

Once again,
She has left me,
She took my heart as a game,
Played with it as if it was a Nintendo wii,

 I remember,
Somewhere in December,
Where I first took her number,

I did call her regularly,
Than I call my best friend Larry,
She became my medication,
I called her three times daily,
As if I was on a doctor’s prescription,
She became my reason for waking up early,

Am always beamed with smiles,
Which made my friends dive into suspicion?
Even though she was miles,
Away the phone was our source of communication,
Just a few dials,
We’re in motion,

She gradually arrested,
My heart without a warrant,
Which I willingly donated,
Without been a bit observant,

Indeed appearance they say is deceptive,
No wonder she stole my heart like a fugitive,

Oh yes I deeply fell,
I made huge sacrifices,
I did anything to make her happy as well,
I made susu when I know I can’t afford the price,

For her under wear,
She once said,
M3 do wo ama n’ak) wo square,

This lifted my spirits high,
This made me cherish the moments with her,
This made me hate to tell her good bye,

All went well,
Till she told me I looked like a baboon,
This made me smash my head into a bamboo,
In my hometown this was a taboo,

Am still asking myself why?
She promised she would never leave me,
But she just dropped me from the sky,
I never believed she would’ve left me,
Tut, tut, tut, //shaking of head//
I told you so said sly,

He warned me from the days I spied,
Her walking down the street,
I don’t know what inspired,
Even though I knew her father was strict,

I bravely went to her house,
Her dad gave me a hot chase with his tsokpoti,
I wasn’t given the chance to see my spouse,
He screamed after me
S3 wo ba ha biom aa,m’a twa wo ti,
//making the sign of the cross//

I was terrified,
Sweat dripped of my body, like water from Niagara Falls,
I didn’t know what this implied,
But she stopped picking calls,
She later sent me a text boldly in scripted its OVER.
